What will we do?
The restaurant El Señorío de Sulco has become, over the years, an emblem of Peruvian cuisine for the quality of its dishes and the deep knowledge of each ingredient. Isabel Álvarez, restaurant manager, researcher and chef, has preserved the essence of Peru’s original flavors for more than three decades, and they continue to be preserved through executive chef Flavio Solórzano, a long-standing chef.
This experience is a demonstration class where there is also a transfer of knowledge of hundreds of years of fusion and history that resulted in the dishes that the chef will prepare for passengers: cause, ceviche and sauteed loin. These are 3 of the most representative recipes of Peruvian cuisine and learning them in El Señorío de Sulco is a luxury. During each preparation, the necessary steps to achieve a delicious final result are explained step by step. Finally the dishes are assembled and decorated.
